LEAVE POLICY

The right to have annual paid leave is gained 1 year after beginning the job according to the labor law number 4857. This right covers 14-day period in 1-5 years and 20-day period in 5-15 years, It will be 26 days in 15 years and above.

 

JOB TRAINING ADVANTAGES

High school, vocational high school and university students are provided with a job training advantage, although there is limited quota.

 

ATTITUDE RELATED TO MILITARY SERVICE

Male candidates, who had already completed military service, are preferably employed. However, if there are appropriate conditions, the company recruits people whose military service duty is postponed.

 

RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYMENT

Human Resources Department investigates appropriate candidates for positions by using different sources (business sites, kariyer.net, yenibiriş, secretcv, newspaper advertisements etc.) and makes a preselection.

The initial interview is made by Human Resources Department, and after various personality profile and skill tests are done, the appropriate candidates are referred to related departments.

Required Qualifications of Employees: This company seeks employees who can adapt to the company culture related to the required qualifications for position and who are creative, dynamic, successful at human relations, able to think analytically and open to teamwork.

 

PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND PROMOTION SYSTEM

High performance level is the most important indicator in promotion analyses. All employees are allowed to step up to a higher-level position. Principles of promotion are explained in Company Constitution.

 

TRAINING

Education programs are planned and performed every year in categories based on personnel and departments. Personal development is our main target.
